Mixed Feelings About My Stay

convenient locationfaulty air conditioninginadequate storage
The hotel location was convenient for accessing city center attractions.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. I found the storage space for clothes inadequate for even a short stay. The bathroom was also a bit tight, and the sink design made washing difficult.

Excellent City Stay

clean roomgreat bedexcellent locationmissing toilet paper
The room was very clean and had all necessities. The bed was great and provided wonderful towels. Staff were friendly, helpful and responded happily to any assistance or service requests. The location is excellent in the city center, providing easy access to shopping and food outlets all within walking distance.
I paid for spa passes but I did not receive robes or slippers or information about how to get them. There was no toilet paper in my room. These issues need more attention.

The room included a modern television and reliable climate control. Bed linens were crisp and clean, which contributed to a restful night. Soundproofing ensured minimal disturbance from external noise.

The new dinner menu featured delicious supreme chicken and fish. I also had the fish and chips. The tunnocks sundae was great. The chef even asked if I enjoyed it.

The room was bigger than i thought, it was spacious. the hotel's location is close to the train station. this provides easy access to so much shopping! the breakfast offered a lovely selection. I especially adored the cooked breakfast items, so tasty!!!
i was disappointed with a receptionist's behavior at check-in. she demanded full payment for the stay. i felt this was not as cute as it could have been. the policy was not clear.

the gym had a compact design yet it offered many options. i found the on-site restaurant north had tasty food plus a good atmosphere. the hotel location proved spot on as it was in the city center.
i noticed work still ongoing at the hotel. this made getting to reception difficult because of ladders and mess. i also observed only one roll of toilet roll in my room poor lighting too.
